Hybrid Ceramic bearing throughout as standard. Adjustable bearing preload for maximum bearing life and the lowest possible drag. Can be used on all types of bikes including all types of mountain bikes, Tandems, EBikes (we recommend the Stainless Free hub) and recumbents.
