Making your Payment
We accept all major forms of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal) The total price of goods and any applicable shipping costs will be clearly stated at the end of the checkout.
All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 20%.
Sales outside of the UK will have the VAT removed at the checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. Customs in your country will contact you if there are any taxes and duties to pay before delivery.
By placing an order you accept full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs / import charges / duties and handling fees. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. We do not send to PO BOX addresses.
Stock Status: Definitions
Available to order – This product is available to order either from us or from our suppliers and is a current model. Please be aware that stock is constantly updated and on occasion an item may be listed as available when it is not. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Stock with ETA’s – We use the Estimated time of arrival (ETA’s) as given to us by either by the brand or by the UK distributor. This date is given in the best faith; however, the dates can change without notice and are supplied as a guide to the estimated time the product will arrive with us.
Out of Stock – Products that are sold out or products that currently have no ETA.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are clearly stated at the end of the checkout unless you have selected 'collect from store' in which case there is no shipping charge. Goods in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days so should normally be received within 5 working days. Smaller orders and items will normally be shipped via Royal Mail unless they have a high value or are heavy, in which case a courier service will be used. Large and/or heavy items such as bikes and wheels will always be shipped via courier.
Changes to Prices
Given global shortages of many products across the industry, many items are taking much longer to arrive than usual and on occasion the manufacturers / distributors may increase the RRP after we have placed your order. Sadly we do not receive prior notice from the manufacturers / distributors of price increases that they make.
With this in mind, as a small business, we cannot guarantee the price for more than 24hours. If the product you have ordered incurs a price increase before we are able to ship the item to you, we may ask you to pay the difference before we ship the item. This will only affect products where the RRP incurs an increase from the brand/distributor. We will inform you of any price changes as we are made aware of them and will offer a full refund if you decide not to continue with the order as a result
Please check all goods received for any damage as soon as you receive them. All Missing/Damaged items need to be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the event your item has been damaged, please photograph both the damage to the product as well as the packaging the product was received in.
The Office of Fair Trading 'Distance Selling Regulations' (DSRs) give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Items which are marked as 'Ordered Upon Request' are items which are not normally kept in stock and are ordered in especially for you the customer and as such unless faulty are not able to be returned. If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchases, this must be done within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Please note the following conditions: - The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, a recorded and insured service must be used when returning items - Goods must be returned in brand new and - Where possible please could products be returned in their original and unused condition complete with packaging. This helps us when it comes to re-selling the item. - Refunds will be made within 28 days of request or upon receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will be processed using the method and currency of the original payment. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in the exchange rate for different currencies at the time of the refund.

Returning Custom Built Products
Custom Products are noted as such by having Custom noted in the product title or Custom noted in a drop-down selection box. Please be aware that we will retain a minimum of 25% of the total order value should you decide to cancel your Custom order. Some personalised products are not returnable, please contact us if you wish to return your custom product for further advice and information.
If you believe that a product bought from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods. Many problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned then please ensure they are clean, products that require us to clean them prior to inspection may incur a cleaning charge. If goods are found to be faulty, we will cover any postage costs incurred within the UK.

Your Security and Credit Card Security
Your security and protection are very important to us. Our website utilises the latest forms of data encryption and security.
Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We undertake to observe fully the terms of any warranty (whether statutory or otherwise) applicable to the products supplied by us to you.
If the product does not conform to the contract of sale at the time of delivery to you, you have the right:
To require us to reduce the purchase price of the product by an appropriate amount or
To require us to cancel the contract or
To replace the product.
If you require us to repair or replace the product, we shall:
Repair or replace (as the case may be) the product within a reasonable time, but without causing significant inconvenience to you
Bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so provided the repair or replacement is not impossible, that the remedy you require is not disproportionate in comparison to the other remedies and is not disproportionate in comparison to an appropriate reduction in the purchase price.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

By placing an order for any of our products you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may choose not to order:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.
- Payment will then be collected from your selected payment method.
- Evolution Cycles Ltd will send you an order acknowledgement email once you have completed the checkout process.
- No contract of sale is created at this point; you have, at this point made an offer to purchase.
- Your offer to purchase will be considered and may be declined for any reason. Should we need to decline your order, you will be notified as soon as possible. An order may be declined due to one of the following reasons.
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Any other discretionary reason not otherwise listed.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which may set out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning warranties, after-sales service and guarantees
None of our terms affect your statutory rights as laid out in UK law including the Distance Selling Regulations. We accept responsibility for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking the contract if the losses are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the contract. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time the contract is made. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
The prices payable by you for products that you order are set out on the Website and are subject to change without notice. They are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. In the event that you order a product which is later discovered to have been advertised at an incorrect price you will be informed of the error and will have the option to continue with your order at the revised price or to cancel your order without obligation.
