The Hope Carbon Handlebar is the result of years of in-house research, development, and a desire to create a carbon bar that balances compliance, strength, and lightweight performance perfectly. 100% designed, tested, and manufactured in Hope's factory in Barnoldswick, UK, this component upholds the brand's reputation for uncompromising quality.

Developed specifically to avoid the overly stiff feel found in many carbon 35mm diameter handlebars, Hope utilised a new manufacturing process and an optimised carbon laminate layup. This ensures the bar offers a greater feel and reduced high-frequency vibration damping, providing comfort on long descents without sacrificing the necessary steering precision or strength.

The bar is primarily offered in the robust 35mm clamp diameter and a wide 800mm width (trimmable down to 760mm via cut marks). Riders can choose from two rise options: the aggressive 20mm or the taller 35mm, allowing for precise cockpit tuning. The geometry—featuring a comfortable 5 degrees of upsweep and either 7 or 8 degrees of backsweep—is dialled for modern Trail and All-Mountain riding.

Finished with a beautiful visible carbon weave and clear marking for easy setup, the Hope Carbon Handlebar is a premium upgrade for any mountain bike, combining high-end performance with genuine British manufacturing heritage.
