CNC-milled from a solid billet of high-strength 2014-T6 aluminium—an aerospace-grade alloy—the D2A offers a large, supportive 100mm x 110mm platform. The body is a slender 15mm at its centre, providing a secure and low-profile feel underfoot. Chamfers around the body are designed to help evacuate mud quickly and efficiently.

Riders benefit from unrivalled grip via 10 proprietary stainless-steel Traction Pins per side, strategically placed around the perimeter to provide a locked-in feel. The pedals spin on a bombproof 17-4 PH Stainless Steel spindle and a premium bearing setup, featuring an inner IGUS JSM bushing and two sealed SKF ball bearings for years of maintenance-free riding.

Crucially, Pembree is committed to sustainability: the factory uses only renewable energy, all components are highly recyclable, and the pedals are delivered in 100% plastic-free packaging.
