The Infinity Disc uses a bonded-in hub design for maximum structural rigidity. It is primarily offered with high-performance road-spaced hubs rather than the high-engagement MTB DEG systems, though the DT Swiss internals remain the benchmark for its reliability.
The Infinity Disc is the result of extensive wind-tunnel testing and real-world validation by Team Visma | Lease a Bike. The unique "Infinity" profile isn't just flat; it features a complex, shaped carbon surface designed to remain stable in unpredictable crosswinds, which is the traditional weakness of full-disc wheels.
Turbulent Aero: This technology optimises the airflow around the wheel/tyre interface, significantly reducing drag in "dirty" air (real-world conditions). It is designed to perform best with modern, wider road tyres (28mm - 32 mm).
Bonded Hub: Unlike a spoked wheel, the hub is bonded directly into the carbon structure. This creates a single, incredibly stiff unit that ensures every watt of your power is transferred directly to the tarmac.
Tubeless Ready: Comes pre-taped with a Fillmore valve, optimized for lower-pressure tubeless setups to reduce rolling resistance.

Operating a double-disc setup requires a specific technical approach to maximize the investment:
Tyre Choice: For the lowest possible system drag, we recommend a 28mm tubeless tyre. This aligns perfectly with the 38mm external width of the rims, creating a smooth "U-shaped" profile that prevents air detachment.
The "Crack Pipe" Requirement: Due to the solid construction, you will need a 90-degree pump head adapter (often called a crack pipe) to inflate the tyres. Reserve includes a specialized Fillmore Disc Adapter in the box for this purpose.
Handling Note: While the Turbulent Aero shape makes these the most stable discs on the market, a front disc still reacts to wind gusts more than a spoked wheel. This setup is best reserved for indoor velodromes, sheltered TT courses, or riders with advanced handling skills in open conditions.
