The Rogue Frameset is a carbon fibre masterpiece designed for ASTM Category 5 (Downhill) use. It features the patented i-track mid-pivot suspension system, which utilizes a 16T CNC idler to decouple chain forces from the suspension. This results in a rearward axle path that carries momentum through rough terrain while remaining active under braking.

The Velduro Rogue Frameset is the ultimate foundation for a bespoke "super-enduro" build. Unlike standard framesets, it is sold as a Power Module, meaning the carbon chassis comes integrated with the second-generation DJI Avinox M2s motor system and electronics.
This allows you to bypass factory specifications and curate your own suspension, wheelset, and drivetrain, while still benefiting from the world's most powerful production e-MTB motor.
What’s Included?
Unlike an analogue frameset, the Rogue is a complete electronics kit. Each box contains:
Drive System: DJI Avinox M2s Motor (130 ext/150Nm Boost).
Energy: Integrated 800Wh High-Density Battery and 4A Fast Charger.
Control: Top-tube integrated 2" OLED Smart Screen and dual wireless Bluetooth remotes.
i-track Suspension: A mid-high pivot design that uses an idler pulley to achieve a rearward axle path (up to 14.5mm), allowing the wheel to move "with" obstacles. This significantly reduces pedal kickback while maintaining a "magic carpet" ride feel.
Modular Geometry (GeoLock): Two separate flip-chips allow you to switch between a Full 29er or a Mullet (29/27.5) setup without affecting the head angle (63.5) or bottom bracket height.
Key Features
Custom Build Flexibility: You choose the fork, shock, wheels, and drivetrain. The frame supports both mechanical and electronic (SRAM T-Type) shifting.
Oversized Pivot Bearings: Designed for ease of maintenance with large, accessible bearings to withstand the extra weight and torque of an e-bike system.
Internal Routing: Features clean, internal cable ports that support both standard and moto-style brake setups.
Protection: Includes generous rubberized downtube and chainstay protectors to dampen noise and prevent rock-strike damage.
Travel Tuning: The frame is designed around a 205 x 65mm trunnion shock, offering 165mm or 172mm of rear travel depending on the chip setting. It is compatible with forks up to 180mm.
Avinox M2s Integration: The kit comes pre-wired with the second-generation Avinox system, delivering up to 150Nm of torque and 1,300W of peak power.
