EVO Master Cylinder Key Updates:

Refined Lever Feel: This lever features a new cam mechanism to reduce free stroke while meticulously maintaining the superb feel and modulation that defined the much-loved Tech 4.

Enhanced Ergonomics: The redesigned lever boasts an increased hook and a new dimple texture for maximum grip and control in all riding conditions.

Ultra-Smooth Operation: A refined piston assembly, incorporating a secondary guide bush and sliding guide, ensures ultra-smooth operation throughout the full lever stroke.

Simplified Maintenance: A new master cylinder bleed port allows for clean, tool-efficient bleeding without removing the lid, streamlining maintenance.

Lever Blade Options: Comes standard with the stock lever blade, with 'Control' and 'Power' lever blade options available as aftermarket purchases for further customisation.

GR4 Caliper Specifics:

Maximum Power Delivery: This system features four hybrid pistons, including the largest pistons in the EVO range, for the greatest stopping power. This design increases the brake ratio by approximately 6% compared to the previous Tech 4 V4 system.

Optimised Stiffness: The one-piece machined calliper body is refined for exceptional stiffness, contributing directly to increased power and superior control.

Improved Compatibility: A revised bore cap design reduces calliper width, ensuring better clearance with modern frame geometries and hubs.

Heat Management: Hybrid pistons ensure smooth movement and excellent heat management, which are crucial for sustained high-performance braking.

Dedicated Performance: Deliberately incompatible with vented rotors to maximise calliper stiffness and overall braking performance.

Premium Construction: As with all Hope products, the GR4 calliper is machined from a single piece of aluminium, reducing weight and enhancing stiffness.
