THE DETAIL

Integrated EonDrive Motor System: At just 1.95kg, the custom-developed Forestal EonDrive motor is one of the lightest in its class. With 60Nm of torque, it provides smooth, quiet, and powerful pedal assistance that feels incredibly natural. Crucially, the motor is completely disengaged when the bike is off, providing zero drag for a resistance-free riding experience.

Seamless Integration: The bike's sophisticated design features a fully integrated 360Wh Aurora battery, neatly tucked into the carbon down tube. A defining feature is the integrated Smart Dashboard with a 3.2-inch HD touch screen built directly into the top tube. This innovative display offers GPS navigation, ride data, and anti-theft features, all conveniently accessible at your fingertips.

High-End Neon Build: The Neon spec elevates the bike's performance with a premium component list. It comes equipped with an SRAM X01 Eagle 12-speed drivetrain for flawless gear shifts and a race-proven wide-range cassette. Braking is handled by powerful Magura MT7 4-piston hydraulic brakes for consistent and reliable stopping power.

Refined Suspension: The Cyon uses Forestal's Twin Levity suspension platform, delivering 150mm of smooth rear travel. Paired with a top-level RockShox Pike Ultimate fork and RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate shock, this bike provides a supportive and active ride that tracks the ground perfectly on every trail.

Lightweight Carbon Chassis: The frame is built from a custom blend of high-modulus carbon fibre, resulting in a low overall bike weight of around 18kg. This ensures the Cyon feels nimble, responsive, and incredibly agile, making it a joy to ride on technical singletrack.

Frame: Lightweight Alpha Box monocoque carbon fibre.

Motor: Forestal's own EonDrive mid-motor, developed with Bafang. It's known for being one of the lightest motors in its class (1.95kg), with a high torque output for its weight (60Nm). It's also noted for having no drag when unassisted.

Battery: An integrated, non-removable 360Wh Aurora battery. This contributes to the bike's low weight but has been noted in reviews as having limited range, making the optional range extender a key accessory.

Display/Tech: A defining feature is the integrated Smart Dashboard with a 3.2-inch HD touch screen in the top tube. It includes GPS, anti-theft tracking, and a wealth of data. The bike also has a minimalist handlebar remote.

Suspension: Twin Levity linkage-driven single pivot system with 150mm of travel.

Wheels: Full 29-inch wheel setup. Crank Bros Synthesis Carbon
