The Custom Build Process

Every Ripley SL that leaves our stand undergoes a rigorous assembly process that "out-of-the-box" bikes can't match:

Consultation: We discuss your local trails to choose the right Shimano groupset and wheelset.
Preparation: Frames are inspected, and threaded BB shells are chased for a perfect interface.
The Build: Cables are length-optimised and ports are sealed to ensure a dead-silent ride.
Suspension Setup: We baseline your Fox Factory settings based on your weight and riding style.
