Introducing the Renthal Revo-F Flat MTB Pedals, a highly anticipated component that brings Renthal's renowned 'Ride-Tuned' philosophy to the pedal market. Engineered for maximum control and unmatched durability, the Revo-F sets a new standard for high-performance flat pedals.

The pedal body is forged and CNC-machined from high-grade 6061 Aluminium, with a large, supportive platform measuring 100mm x 104mm. The design is deliberately robust, prioritising bomb-proof strength over chasing marginal weight savings. The key feature is the dual-axis concave platform, which is genuinely shaped in the metal (not just using pin height) to securely 'cup' the rider's foot for superior control and stability. The smooth, chamfered leading edges are designed to glide over rock strikes rather than snag.

Grip is fully tuneable thanks to the 10 screw-through pins per side, which can be adjusted from 5.5mm down to 2.5mm in 1mm increments using the supplied pins and washers—allowing riders to fine-tune the feel for any terrain or shoe choice.

Internally, the Revo-F is built to last. It spins on a high-grade Chromoly axle, supported by an extra-wide inboard IGUS bush and three outboard cartridge bearings. The patent-pending axle system is a standout innovation, enabling full home servicing with only standard household tools (6mm and 8mm hex keys, 8mm socket, mallet), eliminating the need for specialist workshop equipment. Full contact seals and an O-ring end cap ensure the internals are fully protected from the elements.
