The Scott Speedster Gravel 10 serves as a high-performance alloy bridge between traditional road endurance and modern off-road capability. While the 2026 model moved toward a 1x12 setup, this version features a 2x12 Shimano GRX drivetrain, making it better suited for riders who want smaller gear jumps and more range for high-speed road sections.

The 2025 Speedster Gravel 10 is built around a double-butted 6061 Alloy frame with Scott's dedicated Gravel Geometry. The 2025 model is notable for its use of the Shimano GRX 820/610 mechanical 12-speed groupset, providing 24 gears to handle everything from steep, loose fire roads to fast-descending tarmac.

  • Shimano GRX 2x12 Drivetrain: Combines a 46-30T sub-compact chainset with an 11-36T cassette. This setup provides a much tighter gear spacing than the 2026 1x model, ideal for maintaining an efficient cadence on long road transitions.

  • Integrated Cockpit: Features the Syncros RR2.5 stem and Acros AIF-1133 headset. All cables are routed internally through the stem and into the frame, protecting them from dirt and offering a streamlined look for frame bags.

  • HMF Carbon Fork: The "High Modulus Fibre" carbon fork features an eccentric steerer to facilitate the internal routing. It is specifically tuned to dampen the high-frequency vibrations common on gravel paths.

  • Schwalbe G-One Bite Tyres: Stocked in 45mm, these tyres feature a more aggressive tread than the "Allround" version, providing superior traction in the muddy and wet conditions often found in the UK.
