The 2026 Scott Addict RC 30 is designed for competitive riders who demand the stiffness and handling of a World Tour frame without the price tag of flagship components. It is a "climber’s bike" that doesn't compromise on the flats, thanks to its aero-profiled HMX carbon tubing.

The 2026 Scott Addict RC 30 is a powerhouse in the racing lineup, serving as the gateway to the professional-grade HMX Carbon frame. While it shares the same aggressive geometry and lightweight chassis as the RC 10 and RC Pro, it utilises the Shimano 105 Di2 groupset to offer peak performance at a more accessible price point.

For 2026, the Addict RC range has been further refined to reduce weight (the frame kit is approximately 300g lighter than its predecessor) while maintaining the aerodynamic "Foil-inspired" tube shapes.

Race-Ready Specification

  • HMX Carbon Framework: This is Scott’s premium high-modulus carbon fibre. It is significantly lighter and stiffer than the HMF carbon found in the standard Addict range, ensuring every watt of power is transferred to the road.

  • Shimano 105 Di2 Shifting: The 2x12-speed electronic drivetrain offers the same lightning-fast, precise shifting as Ultegra and Dura-Ace. It uses a 52/36T semi-compact chainset and an 11-34T cassette, providing a versatile range for both sprinting and steep climbing.

  • Carbon Wheelset: A major highlight at this level is the Syncros Capital 1.0 40mm carbon disc wheelset. These provide an aerodynamic advantage and reduced rotational weight for snappier acceleration.

  • Internal Integration: The Syncros HB-R100-AL alloy handlebar and ST-R100-AL stem work with the Eccentric Carbon Steerer to route all cables internally, creating a clean, drag-reducing cockpit.

Enhanced Handling and Tyre Clearance

The 2026 model has been updated to accommodate up to 34mm tyres (ships with 30mm Schwalbe ONE), allowing for lower pressures and significantly better grip and comfort on rougher UK road surfaces without sacrificing its race-winning pedigree.
