The 2025 Scott Ransom 900 RC is engineered for uncompromised performance across the full spectrum of modern Enduro racing. As the top-tier model, it utilises the HMX Carbon frame, offering superior stiffness and low weight for a bike with its 170mm of travel.

Integrated Performance and Control: The Ransom takes Scott's Integrated Suspension Technology to the next level with a sophisticated 6-Link Kinematic driving the custom FOX Float X NUDE Factory rear shock, which is horizontally housed inside the down tube. This centralises the weight, lowers the centre of gravity, and fully protects the shock from the elements.

Instead of the TwinLoc system found on other models, the Ransom uses the TracLoc Technology remote, which controls the rear shock via three distinct modes:

Descend (170mm): Full travel and plush damping for smashing downhill sections.
Ramp Control (170mm with increased progression): Closes off an air chamber to increase ramp-up (like adding a huge-volume spacer), providing mid-stroke support and making the suspension feel livelier and more resistant to bottoming out, without reducing travel.
Climb (130mm): Reduces travel to 130mm and adds compression damping, significantly steepening the effective seat angle for the most efficient climbing possible.

Unbeatable Componentry

The 900 RC features an ultra-premium build, highlighted by an SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission (12-speed) for flawless, electronic shifting under any load, and powerful SRAM Code Ultimate Stealth 4-piston Disc Brakes for maximum stopping power.

The suspension package is completed with the legendary FOX 38 Float Factory GRIP2 fork (170mm), featuring Kashima coating and extensive external adjustment capabilities. The bike rolls fast on durable Race Face Turbine R 30 wheels wrapped in a Maxxis Assegai/Dissector tyre combination.
