Unno Horn Factory | World Cup Edition
The 2026 Horn Factory is the definitive "Superbike" in Unno's XC stable. For this season, Unno has focused on total system integration. The T1100 / T800 carbon frame remains the core, but the component spec has shifted to the Zipp 1Zero HiTop SW wheelset, which utilizes a flexible rim profile to reduce rider fatigue—a critical advantage given the Horn's stiff, race-tuned chassis.
he 2026 Unno Horn Factory is indeed a distinct evolution, moving beyond the specs of the 2025 launch year. For 2026, the Factory build has been refined to include Zipp 1Zero HiTop SW carbon wheels (replacing the DT Swiss units on some builds) and the latest RockShox Flight Attendant integration as the primary configuration.
It remains one of the few production XC bikes designed to run up to 2.6" tyres, making it a "gravity-infused" racer for the increasingly technical World Cup circuits of 2026
RockShox Flight Attendant (Auto-Mode): The 2026 Factory build is designed around the automated Flight Attendant system. It continuously adjusts the SID Ultimate fork and SIDLuxe shock in real-time. This eliminates manual lockout levers, resulting in a cleaner cockpit and faster transitions on undulating courses.
SRAM XX SL Eagle Transmission: The lightest wireless drivetrain available, featuring the Power Meter crankset as standard. The 2026 model is optimized for the latest firmware, providing even faster shifts under the high-wattage loads of XC sprinting.
Zipp 1Zero HiTop SW Wheelset: These wheels are the standout change for 2026. With a 30mm internal width and a "wing" rim profile, they allow for lower tyre pressures and increased compliance, perfectly complementing the Schwalbe Rocket Ron / Thunder Burt combination.
DEUX XC Integrated Cockpit: Unno’s proprietary one-piece bar/stem is specifically tuned for the 2026 geometry, keeping the stack height incredibly low to maintain an aggressive, weight-forward climbing position.

The "Auto" Advantage: On a 2026 World Cup course, you may change suspension modes over 200 times. The Flight Attendant system does this for you, allowing you to focus purely on power and line choice.
Tyre Volume: While it ships with 2.25" or 2.35" tyres, the frame’s ability to take 2.6" rubber is its "secret weapon" for muddy or extremely loose marathon races.
Weight Management: If you are a pure weight-weenie, the Factory SL (non-Flight Attendant) is still available, which shaves roughly 300g by using manual lockouts and a Fox Transfer SL dropper.
Sub-10kg Race Weight: Even with the added sensors of the Flight Attendant system and a dropper post, the bike maintains a weight of 9.6kg - 9.9kg (Size S2).
Flex-Stay Kinematics: The suspension dispenses with heavy rocker links, using carbon flex in the stays to achieve 110mm of travel with a 100 anti-squat value for pure efficiency.
Aggressive XC Geometry: A 66-degree head angle and 435mm chainstays give it the descending capability of a trail bike while remaining surgically precise on technical climbs.
Acros Block-Lock: The 135-degree steering stop protects the lightweight top tube from brake lever impacts in the event of a crash.
